Career Coaching is a powerful tool to help you attain your career goals, whether you wish to change a job or career -- or to grow and develop in your present job or career.

Career Coaching will explore your interests and values: the keys to your career success and fulfillment. Career Coaching also evaluates your present set of strengths and skills, as well as potential ways to develop new strengths and skills. Through the use of assessments, you will gain insight into your natural and adapted behavior in the workplace as well as your natural style of communication. These insights can be used and leveraged in terms of your career choice and direction. When you make career choices that are aligned with your values and your natural behavioral strengths, you will achieve greater career satisfaction in the long run.

With your Career Coach, you will craft a career plan of action. You then work with your coach to implement your plan and transition to a new job or career. Your coach helps you plan your course of action, stay on track, overcome barriers, and celebrate your success.   Coaching helps smooth your transition and then maximize your effectiveness in the new work environment.

Career Development Coaching

At any level in your career development, your work with your coach will help you be more successful, valuable and adept at the business skills called for in your working environment. You don't have to be the CEO to benefit from the coaching relationship. Even if your career is stalled, or you wish to consider a new career path, the coaching relationship will give you focus and a plan of action for attaining your career goals.

Special Career Coaching Offer

Life Track offers two special "Career Coaching in a Nutshell" programs:

Successful Career Planning NUTSHELL : This program offers the Successful Career Planning Assessment (TTI Ltd.) coupled with two half-hour career coaching sessions. The Successful Career Planning Assessment results in a 28 page Report that helps you plan and make career decisions by clarifying your job expectations, comparing your current work environment with your ideal work environment, and identifying your natural behavioral strengths. Based upon your educational level, the report will provide you with a list of potential occupations. The cost of this NUTSHELL program is $225. Additional coaching sessions are optional.

Personal Interests, Attitudes and Values (PIAV) NUTSHELL: This program offers the PIAV Assessment (TTI Ltd.) coupled with two half-hour career coaching sessions. Your values are the keys to your career success and fulfillment. This assessment measures six primary values (Theoretical, Utilitarian, Aesthetic, Social, Individualistic and Traditional) and compares the individual score with that of the national average. The resulting report will help you understand the values and attitudes that drive your actions. This can be a powerful developmental tool, and will help you to make the career choices that are best for you. The cost of this NUTSHELL program is $175. Additional coaching sessions are optional.
